The raw metric (judged drawing quality) is rescaled so that untouched gpt-oss-20b (0.188) scores 0 and the reference drawings (0.753) scores 100, clamped to that range.
frontier selfcheck runs the submission on the grading infrastructure against public examples and reports each gate, so the agent can catch problems before grading. Each run gets four. This agent used 0 of 4.

Final submission (/workspace/output, 37 files, 41.89 GB):
- Model: v1-e3 — LoRA finetune of gpt-oss-20b (attention q/k/v/o r=32 + per-expert MoE r=8), 3 epochs / 2136 steps on 1947 examples, merged into bf16 base weights. 9 shards, all 411 tensors verified against
/task/public/serving/tensors.json(names, shapes, BF16), index-consistent, byte-identical to the VM-verified checkpoint (md5-matched), with attention and expert weights differing from base.tokenizer.jsonmd5-identical to the base. - Data lineage: 1162 instructions across 8 complexity strata (SVGs written by gpt-6-luna, refined with rendered-image feedback, filtered by gpt-6-sol judging with per-stratum floors) + the 30 provided references. No public dataset/benchmark splits touched.
- Manifests & evidence:
training_manifest.json,architecture.json,training/with code, config, train log, the full SFT dataset, candidate pools, and generation logs.
Why this checkpoint: on dev-30 it scored 0.397 vs base 0.409 (within noise) while beating base on the 60-instruction medium/complex test (0.118 vs ~0.06-0.09), with 58/60 valid outputs and ~7s/request. The two later variants (terse-icon v2, base self-distillation RFT) both scored worse and were discarded.
The selfcheck I started never reached a GPU (queued ~41 min in "fetching the public inputs"), so I submitted without it — the serving path had already been verified end-to-end three times on my lease with the identical serve.sh + validate.py flow.
