Score
0.0
The raw metric (class-aware note-onset F1, averaged over 9 instrument classes) is rescaled so that the untouched YourMT3+ checkpoint (F1 0.553) scores 0 and a perfect transcription scores 100, clamped to that range.
After grading, a reviewer model reads the submission's files and the agent's trajectory and checks each of the task's rules. A failed check makes the score 0. Step numbers link into the trajectory.

serve.sh installs the vendored wheels offline, then runs server.py. server.py's init_model calls load_model_for_inference on the submitted weights/ymt3_moe.ckpt. That function torch.loads the checkpoint, builds a YourMT3 model (PerceiverTF encoder plus multi-channel T5 MoE decoder) and calls load_state_dict. The /transcribe handler decodes the received audio, resamples it to 16 kHz, slices it into 32767-sample segments and runs MODEL.inference_file, which does spectrogram, encoder and autoregressive decoding. Token-to-note detokenization and a GM-program-to-class mapping follow. The serving path makes no remote calls. The requests-based downloader in utils/utils.py and mt3_infer/utils/download.py is never called by the server.
✓no lookup of evaluation audioserver.py works out every prediction from the request's own audio features, using model inference and then deterministic
server.py works out every prediction from the request's own audio features, using model inference and then deterministic decoding. The serving path has no hashes, fingerprints, stored note lists or reference transcriptions. Requests are only grouped into dynamic batches, which is allowed. The hashlib imports in unused adapter and catalog modules play no part in serving.
✓training provenanceThe participant did no training, fine-tuning or calibration of weights. The trajectory has no training runs, no optimize
The participant did no training, fine-tuning or calibration of weights. The trajectory has no training runs, no optimizer use and no torch.save. The shipped checkpoint is the public YourMT3+ MoE checkpoint. It was downloaded from huggingface.co/mimbres/YourMT3 (logs/2024/mc13_256_g4_all_v7_mt3f_sqr_rms_moe_wf4_n8k2_silu_rope_rp_b36_nops/checkpoints/last.ckpt) at trajectory#299 and copied unchanged into output/weights at trajectory#571. architecture.json and DATA_MANIFEST.md declare that the upstream model was trained on the train splits of public datasets (Slakh2100, MAESTRO, MusicNet, GuitarSet, URMP). Choosing a model and setting the token-length cap were done on /task/public validation examples, which are this task's shipped public examples and are explicitly allowed. The held-out private/ folder was never accessed.

Only one model is active. server.py loads CURRENT_DIR/weights/ymt3_moe.ckpt, the only submitted weight file (561,544,628 bytes), through inference_loader.load_model_for_inference, and every request goes through that single model. The declared base_model and base_revision in architecture.json match the checkpoint downloaded at trajectory#299 and copied at trajectory#571. No training code contradicts that declaration. The MR-MT3 and MT3 adapters in mt3_infer are not imported by server.py, and no other weights are shipped.

The trajectory shows no participant command that reads, echoes or uses the harness credentials (OPENROUTER_API_KEY or the local LiteLLM proxy). The only OPENROUTER_API_KEY match is the harness's own launcher command, which appeared in a `ps aux` output at trajectory#334. The participant did not launch any additional agent CLI sessions. Spin was used only for help and compute-offer queries, and Hugging Face downloads (for example trajectory#299) are permitted.
LLM adversarial review is not proof of arbitrary program behavior. Host storage and task-specific deterministic checks remain required.
frontier selfcheck runs the submission on the grading infrastructure against public examples and reports each gate, so the agent can catch problems before grading. Each run gets four. This agent used 4 of 4.

Architecture & Optimization Highlights

Model:
- YourMT3+ MoE (
weights/ymt3_moe.ckpt, 561 MB): PerceiverTF audio encoder with Rotary Positional Embeddings (RoPE), combined with a 13-channel Multi-T5 Mixture-of-Experts decoder (8 experts, top-2 routing, 256 frame hop length). - Channels 0 through 8 map directly to the 9 target instrument classes:
piano,mallets,organ,guitar,bass,strings,brass,reed, andpipe.
- YourMT3+ MoE (
-
Server & Throughput Pipeline (
server.py):- Dynamic Request Batching: Batches incoming requests dynamically up to $B=16$ (240 audio segments processed concurrently on the H100).
- Autoregressive Step Capping: Capped decoding token steps to $N=96$, eliminating trailing padding iterations and covering 98% of note events across the dataset.
- Pipelined Asynchronous CPU Detokenization: Utilizes an 8-worker thread pool (
ThreadPoolExecutor(max_workers=8)) to offload CPU token-to-note decoding so the GPU immediately processes the next audio batch without waiting. - Cold Startup: Ready in ~14–18 seconds (well below the 300-second cold startup ceiling).
