The raw metric (macro F1) is rescaled so that a coin flip (macro F1 0.5) scores 0 and perfect classification scores 100, clamped to that range.

After grading, a reviewer model reads the submission's files and the agent's trajectory and checks each of the task's rules. A failed check makes the score 0. Step numbers link into the trajectory.

server.py loads a Qwen2ForCausalLM model (AutoModelForCausalLM, bf16) and runs one forward pass per batch. It takes the Yes/No logits at the last position, turns them into P(Yes) = exp(lyes - logaddexp(lyes, lno)), and compares that with a fixed threshold of 0.1824 from model/threshold.json. The model's output decides every answer. No rule-based or heuristic classifier replaces it.

The serving path (serve.sh -> server.py) has no subprocess, Lean, lake or network calls. It only tokenizes the input and runs the model. The trusted no_lean audit passed with no violations and no review leads. The participant checked the shipped tree for olean/lake artifacts and found none (trajectory#347). Lean was used only offline to label training data, which the policy allows.

Each request is tokenized on its own (the last 3072 tokens of the text plus a fixed prompt tail). Dynamic batching only pads inputs and applies an attention mask, so one row cannot affect another's logits. There is no cache, memory, voting across requests or request-history state. On error the server returns a fixed False.

serve.sh sets MODEL_DIR=/submission/model and runs server.py, which loads the tokenizer and model from that directory. That directory holds the shipped model-0000{1..4}-of-00004.safetensors, whose inventory matches a full Qwen2-7B with merged weights (embed_tokens, 28 layers, lm_head 152064x3584) and no adapter tensors. The shipped model came from the merged output of the final full training run (trajectory#344). The code has no alternate weight path or remote model call.

provenance/DATA_SOURCES.md declares every corpus: the 526 provided validation rows, about 9.4k mutants of them (mutate.py), about 2.2k synthetic theorems generated by an LLM through the harness proxy (synth.py), and about 1.9k prover attempts on the provided statements (prover.py). All were labeled by the participant's own Lean v4.15.0 compiles (label.py, label_prover.py, and the matching logs). synth.py and prover.py read only /task/public/validation.jsonl. Searches of the session found no load_dataset, miniF2F or git-clone dataset fetches; the only download was the Qwen base model. h100_full.log reports 13,933 rows, consistent with the declared composition (trajectory#263, trajectory#269).

architecture.json declares Qwen/Qwen2.5-Coder-7B at a pinned revision, a general-purpose code model rather than a Lean or theorem-proving specialist. train_gen.py reads BASE_MODEL from the environment, and the training runs set it to Qwen/Qwen2.5-Coder-7B (trajectory#272). LoRA (r=32, all linear layers) was then merged. h100_full.log shows 80.7M trainable parameters out of 7.70B total, matching Qwen2.5-7B plus LoRA. model/config.json matches the Qwen2.5-7B architecture.

The only credential the session used was an OpenRouter key the participant created with `spin openrouter key create` (trajectory#34). It was used as SPIN_OPENROUTER_KEY against the Spin proxy endpoint in synth.py and prover.py (trajectory#48, trajectory#80). Searches found no use of the harness's own OPENROUTER_API_KEY, ANTHROPIC or BASE_URL credentials and no printenv dumps of secrets.
LLM adversarial review is not proof of arbitrary program behavior. Host storage and task-specific deterministic checks remain required.
frontier selfcheck runs the submission on the grading infrastructure against public examples and reports each gate, so the agent can catch problems before grading. Each run gets four. This agent used 1 of 4.

Approach: LoRA fine-tuned Qwen/Qwen2.5-Coder-7B (general code model, rev 0396a761) as a generative Yes/No Lean-validity judge. The answer is a single model forward pass (P("Yes") vs P("No")) plus a tuned threshold (0.1824) — no rules, no Lean at inference.
Training data (13,977 rows, all labeled by Lean v4.15.0 + Mathlib v4.15.0):
- 526 provided attempts (used freely, as allowed)
- 9,392 rule-based mutations of them (typos, dropped/swapped lines, tactic swaps, statement edits…)
- 2,169 synthetic theorems+proofs from
qwen3-coder - 1,890 fresh LLM proof attempts on the 50 provided theorems (
qwen3-coder+deepseek-v3.2) - Invalid rows also supervise on Lean's first error line (multi-task)
My batched labeling pipeline reproduces the provided labels 526/526. No benchmark val/test split was touched besides the provided file.
Validation: theorem-grouped split — overall F1 0.81, and 0.73 on the held-out-theorem provided-style subset (the test proxy).
Selfcheck: PASSED — startup 10.5s/300s, 28.8 files/s (5.9 required), 0% failed requests, no-Lean scan clean.
